Sales and Return Policies
ORDERS MAY BE PLACED THROUGH OUR WEBSITE OR BY PHONE. THE FOLLOWING ARE THE SALES CONFIRMATION REQUIREMENTS FOR BOTH:
All orders placed through this Website will be considered confirmed if:
1. Customer submits payment information including complete billing address information, and
2. Customers submits the order for processing and finalizes the website's ordering process.
By completing this process, the Customer has acknowledged and agrees with all of the terms and conditions listed in this Sales and Return Policy.
All orders placed by phone will be considered confirmed if:
1. The Customer will receive a Sales Confirmation by FAX or Email at the time of order.
2. The Sales Confirmation is printed with the required information and FAXed to (818) 597-1550 or (818) 995-1552.
