Sales and Return Policies
By providing us with your credit card information along with your billing address, you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions of the sale, as discussed in the FAQ Section of this website, including, but not limited to the Sales and Return Policies. By providing your completed billing information, you are agreeing to pay for the products as if you signed for them.
CREDIT CARD FRAUD
Credit Card Fraud will be prosectuted to the fullest extent of the law. We reserve the right to contact your bank and request "authentication" of the card holder. All suspected fraudulent transactions will be reported to the issuing bank and local law enforcement. If we suspect fraud, then all information that they request, including names, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses and other contact information as well as credit card information that you provide will be given to the banks and law enforcment agencies.
